FaithfulSeed Foundation ("we," "us") respects your privacy. This page explains what information we collect through this website, why, and how it's handled.

Information we collect

• Partnership & sponsorship requests: when you submit our church partnership form, we collect the church name, location, contact person, an approximate number of children served, and your message.
• Newsletter sign-up: just your email address.
• Donations: when you give through our site, our payment processor collects your email and payment details to process the transaction and send a receipt. We separately store the donation amount, currency, your email, and a transaction reference — not your card or payment details — so we can track progress toward pooled-funding campaign goals.

These forms are intended for adult church leaders, teachers, and donors. We do not knowingly collect personal information from children through this site.

Cookies & analytics

We do not currently use tracking cookies or web analytics on this site.

How we use your information

To respond to your inquiry, process and receipt your donation, track progress on the campaign you gave toward, and — only if you sign up for it — send occasional updates. We do not sell your information.

Who we share it with

A few trusted service providers handle parts of this for us:

• A form processing service, for partnership and newsletter submissions.
• A payment processor, to securely handle donations — we never see or store your full payment details.
• A database provider, to store donation records and campaign totals.
• A hosting provider, to serve this website.

We don't control these providers' own privacy practices beyond what we send them; each has their own privacy policy governing how they handle data.

Data retention & security

We keep donation records for accounting and transparency purposes. This site is served over HTTPS, and we don't store payment card details ourselves — that's handled entirely by our payment processor.

Your rights

You can ask us what information we hold about you, request a correction, or request deletion, at any time — just email us at faithfulseed@kingdomchurch7d.org.

Changes to this policy

If this policy changes materially, we'll update the date at the top of this page.
